Sentence Center’s Tutoring Policies

Rescheduling Policy
If you need to make changes to an individual session, please contact us at least three days in advance. We will do our best to reschedule your session. However, without this three days prior notice, you will be charged for the full amount of the session.

Drop off / Pick up
Please go directly to the 2nd floor (Suite 232) of:
1860 El Camino Real, Suite 232
Burlingame, CA 94010
You will need to sign in/out your child to our attendance log.  If you anticipate being late, please call us at (650) 993-4003.

Test Prep Results
Please keep in mind that a standardized test (SAT, ACT, SSAT, ISEE)  is a cumulative test of all that a student has learned throughout elementary, middle and/or high school. Though Sentence Center will do its best to teach test taking strategies and provide practice exercises, much of how a student performs will depend on what he/she has already learned.  Thus, we do not guarantee any scores or score increases. What we can assure, through constant practice and focused tutelage, is that your child will be more confident, familiar, and strategic when they take a standardized test.

Billing
We will automatically bill your credit card on file on the first of the month.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your enrollment, please contact us before the end of the month.
